We are pleased to work in partnership with the top public secondary, public post-secondary, and private ESL and vocational preparation institutions in Vancouver and surrounding area. Together we offer an array of support services to enhance your Canadian educational experience:

• School Pre-screening and Referral - International students first complete a questionnaire to determine the most appropriate type of educational institution that meets your unique interests and needs. Once this information has been received our staff make every effort to locate a school that meets your specific requirements. A short-list of schools is then forwarded to you to assist in your selection.

• Study Visa and School Application Assistance - International students are assisted through the complicated application process required to complete a Canadian study visa and the school applications. Once you have been registered we continue to work on your behalf by confirming your arrival start date and serving as a liaison between you and the school.

• Homestay or Apartment Placement - Depending on your preference, short-term or long-term homestay arrangements or on-campus or off-campus apartment residency is arranged on your behalf. Once again, we provide a short-list of alternatives for you to choose from.

• Airport Pick-up and Delivery - Some students prefer to make their own transportation arrangements from the airport to their residence and then from the residence to the school. Many, however, prefer to us arrange transportation based on their needs. If requested, our courteous drivers are available to greet you upon arrival and deliver you to the selected host family or alternative residence. We will then assist you in determining the best mode of transportation from your residence to the school.

• 24 Hour Emergency Assistance - While most educational exchange experiences occur without incident there are times when emergency assistance is required. Our staff is available 24 hours each day to assist with alternative planning or conflict resolution if required.
