Cancellation of Services Prior to Arrival
If a student wishes to cancel their homestay reservation prior to arrival they are required to give adequate notice. Refunds of prepaid fees will be paid
 as follows:
- Written cancellation notification received 14 days or more before expected arrival: 100% of all prepaid homestay fees and 100% of all prepaid airport transportation fees will be funded. There will be no refund of prepaid placement fees and no refund of prepaid custodial guardianship set-up fees.
- Written cancellation notification received within 14 days of expected arrival: 50% of the first month and 100% of all subsequent months prepaid homestay fees and 50% of all prepaid transportation fees will be refunded. There will be no refund of prepaid placement fees and no refund of prepaid custodial guardianship set-up fees.
- No written notification received: There will be no refund of first month of prepaid homestay fees and no refund of the prepaid transportation fees. There will be no refund of prepaid placement fees and no refund of prepaid custodial guardianship set-up fees.
Notice to Vacate Homestay
If a student wishes to vacate their homestay after the first month following arrival you are required to give two weeks notice. No refund will be given for the remainder of the first month of hometay. Prepaid homestay fees for subsequent month's will be fully refunded, less the required two week notice period.
